  1. There were many stories but unfortunately I've been diagnosed as delusional so they probably never happened anyway. All I have right now is my scoop marks. Here is a typical picture of one and in about the right place too. From the size of it he had this for a long time or they're using a larger skin sampler/scooper.It looks like an ice cream scooper but has a dark metal surgical type of steel on an eccentric that moves fast when you squeeze the handle. They gave me one and I hid it somewhere. When I was around 5 years old there was some other surgery they did that made me go blind from some infection I think. I won't say what it was because it was too disturbing. It had to do with implants. Usually these surgeries were done on the spot and not in a ship. There were however 28 though when I was on a farm in Wisconsin but that was in the 60's I think. They're herrrrrrre.

Here is a siting very much like mine in the same area in 2001.

  2. I have. It was in a movie theater. "Battlefield Earth" was playing. When I looked at my ticket stub, I was TERRIFIED to find out that my 10 bucks was NOT refundable...

    The horror.

    The horror.

    The HORROR...

  3. I had a rough go of it way back when. My mom and grandmother had just died. My partner's dad passes and finally my partner passed. I was a wreck.  As close to a nervous breakdown as I could be.

I was at my Dad's place. My sisters and brothers were all in the house. I needed some time for myself so I went outside to mow the lawn.

I put my headphones on and was listening to the radio when Peabo Bryson came on singing "If Ever You're In My Arms Again". Never heard it before. All the sudden I just lost it I was wracked with the big heaving sobs and my knees buckled. But I didn't fall to the ground.

I don't know how long I was there but after awhile I finally collapsed to the grass. My Dad and my sister came out to help me back to the house.

They asked me what happened and the whole family was acting funny. They finally told me. I was surrounded by a pure white aura or light of some kind. Powerful enough to be seen in the middle of the day. It was holding me up, because when the light subsided, I fell to the ground.

  4. I have been working in hospitals for the past three years, and know that ghosts frequent the halls of ALL hospitals. I have always been suseptable to seeing spirits since a very young age - and so have learnt not to be scared of it.

In 2004 I lived in a nurses home in Tasmania, Australia. This nurses home occupies part of the old hospital. It is the most haunted place I have ever been in. I was not the only one to experience the hauntings - everyone who came in there heard and saw the same things!

We all heard footsteps in the corridors at night, and in the bathrooms we could hear people muttering and walking around when there was no-one there. The windows would rattle although there was no breeze and objects would move around over-night. My father stayed in the same nurses home the following year - he only lasted there 1 week - shaking his head in disbelief saying "how the h**l did you last a whole year there!!!" He heard someone racing past his door each night like the devil was after them - but the problem was his room was the last in the hallway - there was no way anyone running at that speed could have stopped in time before crashing into the locked door at the end of the hall - who ever it was ran straight through the locked door - which USED to lead onto a breezeway crossing into the next building. There was one room in the nurses home no one liked walking past - let alone entering. It was a store room - but nothing was stored in there, as no one would go in. I mentioned to a few occupants about there being "one room I really dont like" all answered in unison "The store room!!! yikes!!!" That room and corridor used to be part of the mental ward. Having looked up the hospital history, it mentions that someone hung themself in that room - and the person who found him hanging ran in pure fear down the hallway, through the breezeway into the next building to get help....

That hallway also has a problem with an "automatic light". Occupants would switch on the hall light at night time to find their way into their room, take a couple of steps away from the switch - and "click" off went the light! They again would switch it on, only to have it switch off again. This only ever happened after 9pm. My father had the same problem and asked me about it. I told him when he switches on the light, to say aloud "please leave the light on until I get into my room. I need it to see the keyhole to get in my door!" He laughed saying he would feel foolish doing this - but the next night, after attempting  unsuccessfully to turn the light on four times - in frustration he tried what I said. To his surprise (and somewhat horror) it worked. No sooner had he opened his door than - click - off went the light! 9pm used to be "lights out" time in the old wards!

I came to a kind of "understanding" with these spirits. My room was mine alone - and they were not to disturb me or anything in it for the duration of my stay. The windows rattled for the first couple of nights (when there was no breeze) so I said aloud "ok, I know you are there - you can stop rattling the windows. I am in this room for 1 year - please leave my room now!" It worked - no more rattling, none of my things "moved" (unlike other unlucky occupants). I lived in peace in my rooom for the year - I just hated the bathrooms! I am now in the situation where I have the opportunity of staying there again. Although not scared of the spirits, I must say that there is no way I will take this up.

  5. i was at school once and i was walking down the hall with a mirror at the end of it, and in the mirror i saw someone walking behind me, but when i turned around NOBODY was there, i literally RAN back to my classroom, i was so scared.

  6. I was in a park once, and I wandered off toward one of the areas where nobody was, and I turned around and something big and black was standing there, grinning at me, and there were a few others like it behind it. One said something, I forget what it was, but I was so scared I turned and ran, and when I looked back they were still there, but they didn't follow me. They were a little shorter and skinnier than a human and had kind of oval-ish heads.

Later I found out that they were demons (not quite in the religious sense), and they reappeared to bother me many times over the next two years, but I learned how to protect myself from them and after that I was fine.

  7. I grew up in Inglewood, California. There was news about that there was going to be some kind of Party at the Cemetary  on Saturday night.

I, along with 3 friends decided to go check it out to see who would show up to such a thing. We hopped over a very difficult hedge that was at least 6' tall and surrounding the whole cemetary. This alone would have made it hard for any others to party inside there.

We began walking along, trying not to show any fear of being there at night. All of a sudden we began hearing people. It sounded like quite a lot of people having a good time laughing and all talking at once. As we approached this hill, the party sounded louder and louder so we began to run to get to it figuring it was just over the small hill. When we reached the top of the hill, the party noise stopped and there was nothing there but a large wall enclosing the end of the cemetary not 20 feet from us at the bottom of the hill.

There was no sign of a single person or any sound. We didn't even say a word , but ran full speed and flew over the hedge. I still call my friends to this day to ask if it really happend. I know it did, but I need to really hear it from them also that it did.

  8. at my Mom and Dad's House. Before they died, there was a thing, I don't know exactly what it was. You couldn't see it. But before my Mom died, it was a big black shaddowy thing, that hung behind her. I could tell it was there. Same thing when my Dad Died. But this one was worse. Real scary, I didn't even want to go over there I could feel it's presence so deeply. I didn't like the feeling it was giving off to me. It wanted me to know it was there, and boy, did I. You couldn't see it, but Dad could. He said it was his friend. Yeah right, a man you couldn't see, wearing a trench type black coat and a black hat was his friend! He didn't know his name either, Dad said the man wouldn't tell him. Dad wasn't crazy either. Dad was one of the original designers of the first Space Shuttle. He designed , The Leading Edge Wing. That's what Dad called it. He also designed the Stealth. So You know he wasn't a crazy man. Anyways there gone now. Thank God. (the spirits, not Mom and Dad) Bye.

  9. OMg jenna's & dinkydy's stories are scary as h**l....hehe I've always sort of wanted to encounter a ghost..I can't imagine how I'd react though lol

  10. About 20 years ago I was driving to Adelaide and stopped overnight at Balranald, a small old country town.  When at the motel my young son would not settle down to sleep.  He kept talking to what he said was a man standing in our motel room near the wardrobe.  I had been driving all day to get to this place and was tired, and I kept reassuring him that no-one was there in the room but us.  My son described him....old bearded man, wearing a long coat and a big hat.  Finally my son tired and went to sleep, but about 2 hours later I was awoken by him chatting away again.  I said in a terse voice "go to sleep, there is nothing there".  My son then said ...he is walking over Mum and now he is sitting on the end of the bed.  Consequently I had no sleep that night.

The next morning I was packing the car to leave and out of the corner of my eye I saw (and am still sure I saw) an old man, with coat and hat in the window of the abandoned warehouse nextdoor to the motel.  I couldnt get out of the place quick enough....but reason got the better of me and I dismissed all my fears to the lack of sleep.  Now for the creepy part.....When I got to Adelaide the next day I was sitting down reading through some old magazines my mum had, the Womens Weekly, and to my horror, on the third page was a picture of this old warehouse and the story of it being haunted by an old bearded man, in a long coat and wearing a hat.

I have never believed in such things....but I can tell you that I will never ever go back to Balranald again, not ever.
