always look out for a horse called muttamaseek excellent all weather runner bet it the last 3 times out 0f 6 and it has won for me missed the other 3 times and it won 2 of them

kempsey aswell gettin close to winning again always a good each way bet bet it for months due a win , i am thinkin next race its gettin lowered in class

Next time try to be more specific, I don't know if this is a joke question but...

Here are some basic tips:

Riding;

-keep a bend in your knee so your heels are under your shoulders

-keep your heels down and put all your weight  into your heels

-relax your shoulders, elbows, and wrists when riding

-don't be afraid or nervous around horses, they can sense it and will know

-when jumping grab mane and two point early if your not so experienced

-arch your back in a two point
