I have improved my vision naturally.

Many of my students are improving their vision and several of them have passed their drivers license exam without artificial corrections.

Look for Natural Eyesight Improvement and Bates Method teachers and books. Avoid eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga), hard corrective lenses(ortho-keratology), and vision therapy.
