Who has jurisdiction in murder case; unknown if murdered in CA or OR- missing from CA; body in OR-

A female to meet male friend in CALIFORNIA in remote area for drug transaction. Her car was found in the AM burned and she was missing. Search Warrant leads to blood located on seat of truck of male friend one county south of burned car. Her body later located in Oregon one county north of burned car (meeting place). She was stabbed multiple times. Who has jurisdiction if unknown where she was stabbed?

In my state - if you do not know the location of the crime scene - it is where the victim is found.

There would be however some work done in coperation between the two agencies.

Since the crime crossed borders, the feds could also take it or assist.  Not likely however.

Both should investigate the incident and attempt to determine the location of the death.  That jurisdiction will then prosecute the crime.
