It is obvious that steve wonder is talented, and loved by millions, but Beethoven was the master creating music that transcends the ages.

They're both equally talented. They wrote and performed their own music. They just happen to have lived in different eras and wrote in different musical styles. I'm sure Beethoven would have written a different kind of music if he had lived in another time. What he wrote was popular in his era just like what Stevie Wonder wrote was popular in his.
