ive seen someone a size five.  not any smaller except for children.

A good Cuban friend of mine had size 5 feet and they were adorable lol. She also had a double 0 waist and was pretty short. She was proportional though, she didn't look small if that makes sense. She was just on a smaller scale all around, thats why her feet were so cute!
