Who has read the good earth?!!?

i have a test on it tomorrow...and i read it over the summer, but i have bad reading comprehension. can anyone tell me a brief synopsis?! i already read cliff notes, spark notes etc.. but i'd rather read something from someone.

Wang Lung marries Olan.  Olan and him have three boys and one girl.  They eventually become rich by working the fields and then Wang Lung gets more respect.  He starts going to the tea house and Olan dies.  By the end, he is like a pimp and has a lot of money, land, respect and women.  The moral of the title is you treat the land good, and it'll treat you good back.
