I am not sure who made that statement you quote. It sounds like a typical David Rockefeller quote. If it wasn't' him it was one of the other globalist traitors behind the new world order, maybe Henry Kissinger. The top new world order globalists have been praising China for decades.

Look up the history of UN awards for HUMAN RIGHTS. How many times was China awarded for human rights? Very telling.
