Who has started on their dissertation or project over the summer?

I've not done any work towards my final year project yet and I'm freaking out a bit. Has anyone started yet? Any tips anyone could give?

Tomorrow, go to the beach/park/whatever.

The next day, start your project because your summer is over and it is time to get cracking.
