Who has the best and safest website for Internet wagering on thoroughbreds?

I belong to Day At The Track and winticket right now.. I am looking for a site that carries all the major tracks but is safe to use and get your payouts without any hassels! I like Day At The Track but the selection for harness racing is great! but for thoroughbreds there is only sub-par tracks.... Any ideas would be great!!!

I would agree with the other poster, go with TVG and Xpressbet. Unfortunately, only residents of certain states can sign up for these. I am not able to sign up for TVG as a PA resident but I do have an Xpressbet account.
