Who has the best chance at winning the World Series?

The Chicago Cubs or the Chicago White Sox?

Also, which of these teams do you think is the better team?

I say the Cubs for both and I think anyone that thinks the White Sox is crazy. With teams much better in the AL, it's next to impossible for the White Sox to even make it to the ALCS let alone the World Series. I think the Red Sox, Angels, Yankees and Rays are all better teams.

i like the yankees, but as of today, i don't think they are the best team.....i gotta be honest, i like a cubs-angels world series--and it oughta be a doozy. Getting texiera certainly helped the angels and the cubs are solid everywhere, so even though i'm hoping for a yankee-cub WS, i honestly think the angels are the better team. Finally, if ny doesn't make it, the cubs are my choice--their fans have been waiting for a looooong time (DUH, as if you didn't already know that, lol). Enjoy the rest of the season, and good luck. (who are the white sox?).

I agree that the cubs have a chance to go to it more than the sox, but it will be close now that the sox might have griffy. the cubs have some injury issues too.

Neither team.  The Angels are by far the best team in baseball. They were the best team in baseball before they got Mark Texeira so now they are just amazing.  They have the best pitching, the best manager (in the AL) and now a real bat to protect Vlad...man they are stacked.

I think the Cubs have a very good chance to go to the World Series but I don't think they have the best team or the capability to win the Series. Of the two Chicago teams, I'd say the Cubs are better but neither will win the Series. Sadly (I'm a Braves fan), I think the title will go to an AL team this year--and at this point, I'd bet on the Angels. (I know this isn't part of your question, but in explaining WHY I don't think the Sox will go to the Series, I have to agree with Blake C. Angels have the best team in the AL, esp. now that they have added Tex. After the Angels, the Rays are a stronger contender in the AL than the White Sox. )

i agree. Ken Griffey Jr. can't get the White Sox to the plyoffs because theyre are too many other teams in the American League that are better than them.

I think it will be the Cubs and the Angels. The Rays are good but they are loosing their magic.

Without a doubt, I would go with the Cubs.

The Cubs WILL get their hitting going again, and like you said the White Sox are going to get put down by better teams in the AL.

It isn't happening for the White Sox, and when the Cubs get their hitting going again, there is going to be nobody in the NL tha can touch them, except maybe the Mets, who I think will die down later in the season.

Neither have a chance at it. I'd say the Angels and Red Sox have the best shot at winning the Series. Better team (unfortunately) is the Cubs.
