  1. Seattle. Led by Lofa Tatupu.

Go ahead and tell me they play in a weak division.

They are lined up with the league's "other" weak division, this season...the AFC East. I can't wait to watch this defense knock Brady on his @$$.

Solid linebacking corp, veterans in the secondary, if the front four can stay healthy this proves to be the best defense they have fielded in ten seasons.

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars, with the addition of Groves, and once Harvey signs. Both are great DE's. as for run defense they've stayed the same. had a great line last year.

  3. Watch out for the mighty SEAHAWKS, they will make believers out of all of ya!

  4. San Diego no question about it. They have a bend and don't break feature. Fierce and flying bodies everywhere and have the capabilities of returning a turnover for a touchdown by many players.

  5. the GIANTS, hands down. I wish they would name Spagnoulo, assistant head coach, so He would be assured that, He would follow Coughlin as head coach and, not leave.

  6. The Jaguars have to have a shot at that because of how they consistently give Peyton fits. Agile, quick, and move to the ball.

Just looking strictly at the pass rush, the NYG took it to a new level in the Super Bowl and demonstrated (like OSU did against Miami in the National Championship game 6/7 years ago) that defensive lines can both dominate and win a ball game.  The focus was on Manning's final drive, but the opportunity to win that game came from the total intensity of every down lineman. Incredible D.

As for as offense goes, Dallas has to be on top with the addition of Felix Jones to an already incredible RB, and the chemistry Romo has developed with TO is impressive.  Jones has gone largely unnoticed because of being DMC's running mate at Arkansas. He looks very Emmitt-like already in pre-season and will add incredible depth to an already outstanding running team that will pay big dividends in the second half every week.
