Who has the best fajitas and caters in Houston, Texas?

I am having a party and wanted to serve fajitas and I wanted to see who people think has the best fajitas in Houston so that I could get them there.

Lupe Tortilla's is definitely the best in Houston.  Really good salsa too!

Las Cascadas on Westheimer near Kirkwood.  Great fajitas and homemade corn and flour tortillas!

Pappasito's, Victor's or Los Cucos

Los Cucos is the most reasonable and they're pretty good.  I also like Goode Co Taqueria's fajitas (on Kirby) http://www.goodecompany.com/goodeRestaur...   Of course the best are Pappasito's but they are much more pricey.

My favorite is Lupe Tortilla.  They have amazing fajitas, and their tortillas are fantastic!  Their beef is marinated with lime, and it's so tasty it's addicting.  

That said, I've had fajitas catered from Pappasito's, and they were also good.  Nothing to complain about, for sure.  I just prefer Lupe Tortilla.  

And, I'm not sure if El Tiempo Cantina caters, but they also have fajitas to die for.  They have beef filet fajitas, but it might be really expensive for catering.  You should check it out though if you're in the mood to try a new restaurant.
