The Sea Shell on Lisson Grove, near Marylebone station is the best. Eat in or Take Away. I'm vegetarian, so I can only take the word of other people about the fish, but the chips are the best I've had in London. Sometimes if I want chips I'll get the bus down there (it's only about 10 mins away from me) and bring them home to eat. Yummy.
