Louisiana actually has some nice weather as long as the humidity is low.

Any where but Michigan. If you don't like the weather in Michigan, wait a day, it will change lol! No seriously though, it depends on what kind of weather you like. If you like the seasons to change, Michigan is a good place for weather. There are very few natural disasters. But it is so humid in the summer. If you hate the humidity, Arizona, New Mexico, and parts of Nevada are nice.

I know everyone believes ohio to be pretty much a wasteland, but look at it this way.. in the summer we don't typically get much higher than 90F and in the winter its avg. 20F we don't have really any major natural disasters (not in my area NW) I get to swim in the summer and ski in the winter!

What is best weather?  Florida is great if you are on vacation and just laying around on a beach, but a pig to work in with its heat and humidity.  

Best climate is dryer and not quite so hot.  Try Canary Islands.  That’s not USA, but you have to get away sometimes – there’s a lot more to the world than USA, or didn’t you notice.

Colorado! very low humidity! 310+ days of sunshine a year! No hurricanes,floods(usually)! Cool summer nights! Four seasons! it's AWESOME!
