I'd say the St. Louis Cardinals. Unlike Cubs fans, when they come to Great American Ballpark they aren't totally obnoxious and they actually watch and enjoy the game. They aren't there to heckle. Reds fans... 90% of them just don't get it most of the time and are fair-weather fans.

I would have to say Texas Ranger fans. I am an Angels fan and when I go to the ballpark, they are loyal, polite, and never give me a hard time. I even wear my Angels fan gear, they never talk trash, if anything, they joke around. I am a rival fan and they still have respect. I enjoy the Ballpark in Arlington.

St. Louis Cardinals fans are the most gracious ever. Most of the midwest fans and west coast fans are as well.

I would have to say it is between Twins fans,  Giants fans, or Mariners fans.  

They are all well mannered and good looking fans and knowledgeable about the game.

On the other hand, we have Phillies fans who are probably the rudest with the Yankees coming in second rudest.

Cardinals fans.  Its a sea of Red at Busch when the Cardinals play.  They are the best and most knowledgeable fans in baseball.
