Who has the cheapest car insurance rates on a Kia Rio?

I am trading in a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire for a 2005 Kia Rio and rates with progressive are coming up $450 higher every 6 months bringing the total to 1167.17/6 mo. Is there any insurance company that is lower on Kia's? Thanks.

Auto insurance depends on drivers history, drivers age, location and vehicle, all of which are rated slightly different by each insurance company.  The company that gives me a good quote, might give you an not less expensive one, based on all your factors.
