i know theres a lot of fast dudes that get measured by distance and time, but what is the fastest clocked speed by a human being on foot? Please dont answer unless its MPH top speed!

100 meter World Record Holder Asafa Powell

100 meters in 9.74 sec = about 23 mph

but its not completely accurate,

no one can hold there top speed for 100 meters,

nor can they get up to top speed from the get go.
