I find the NOAA/ NWS website to be the most accurate. They are the number one source for weather information in the country.

Here is a web link that will take you to a company that keeps track of the accuracy of all the major private and public forecast for your location.  This usually includes the NWS, Accu-Weather, WSI, The Weather Channel, Intellicast, etc.

They will compare the average monthly highs, lows and precipitation plus the short and long range forecast for the area you want.
