floyd is quick but there are actually boxers that are quicker then him,

roy jones, zab judah , shane mosely ( in his prime)

   the fastest of all time in boxing are  sugar ray leonard and meldrick taylor

bruce lee was very very fast , it is debatable question though because bruces fights are'nt on camera



  what floyd has is not the quickest hands but the fastest reflexes and defenstive reactions , he moves his upper body extremely fast

I don't like Floyd but to be fair, he is a real fighter, Bruce was an actor. Bruce had one amateur boxing match and he had to get off the mat to win a decision so handwise, Floyd is faster. In the movie Bruce looked fast because he rehearsed that same moves for the camera hundreds of time. In the ring you do not know what your opponents will do so you can not rehearse the moves.

Floyd Mayweather is a boxer Bruce Lee Is a legend, to compare anything about theme is lucrative. Mayweather is a modern day Ali arrogant, fast, smart, great defense, great footwork,confident, athleltic, loves the lime lite,  loves the ropes, has knockout power(when he wants),isn't scared of any man big or tall, white ,black, purple, orange, dosen't matter, and besides the money ( of course } he wants his name to be rememberd for ever. Gannon come on now thats like saying Chuck Norris couldnt really  whip your butt because hes an actor.... is different but hand speed is hand speed and bruce was definitely faster.... just go to Youtube and look and see for yourself ...i am sure Floyd has quick hands but since he never throws punches is hard to tell but his feet are the quickest in the world and his mouth lol

When you talk about Bruce Lee, I believe it's impossible to separate the apocryphal from the truth.  There are stories of his being a teetotaler, but I've seen photos of him swilling rice wine.

If the story is true about the cinematography from Enter The Dragon, Bruce Lee HAS to be the fastest mo-fo that ever lived.  The story goes that the camera speed had to be doubled in terms of frames per second to record the opening sequences in his fight scene with Bob Wall.  Otherwise, he'd throw a backhand and get back on guard before the shutter opened and closed more than once.  At 24 frames per second, that would put a Bruce Lee jab at around, well, 1/10 to 1/16 of a second.

If that story is true, and I don't know how to verify it, then Bruce Lee was faster than any human recorded on film.
