  1. If both vehicles are making left-hand turns, there's no conflict, unless one of the drivers is incompetent.

  2. They both turn left simultaneously.  Turn left 45 degrees when entering the intersection, drive diagonally, turn left another 45 degrees when exiting the intersection.  No one has to yield because their paths do not cross.

  3. Rule is the car who arrives first, but let's assume you are saying they arrive at the exact same time. It doesn't matter who goes first because you are both taking left turns, so you can just go at the same time without any problem.

  4. The car who was there first has the right of way.  If both cars were there at aproximately the same time it is the car to your right. What you describe sounds like opposing cars both making left turns and both could go at the same time since neither car crosses the other's path.

  5. it is called common curtisy who ever gets there first goes first. if both arrive the same time smile and waive them by.
