assuming they arrive and full stop at the same time. We can say in this kind of situation, right hand side rule can't be used here.

  1. I am not sure but I would say--if you are turning right,  then you go first.  If the other car is turning right,  he needs to go first.  Many times--hand movements are used--being polite.  If you are going left and he is going left--you can both advance at the same time.  If going straight for both--not a problem--both can go.

  2. The person who IS NOT turning.........turning traffic must yield....

  3. If neither one of them are turning the the right of way does not play a part in this situation because both will continue to go after stopping in the same straight direction.

  4. the one to the right

  5. car to the right always has the rig of way when all 4 are stopped.

  6. always the car to the right of you or the first one there ..... who takes off first.... i drive all day and wonders why everyone is always in a hurry to go but are alway late also.... just wait and go when you have a chance
