  1. The sail boat has the "right of way", but keep in mind that right of way is a purely administrative control (the writen law says it), but the rule of nature is that SIZE MATTERS!  In other words, it's hard to defend your "right of way" in court if you ain't there!  At that point, right and wrong are irrelevant.  Boat defensively.


  2. i'm pretty sure it's the sail boat cuz they have no motor and depend on the wind. but im sure there a safe boating website you can go to and find out for sure. becarefull  

  3. Sailboats always have the right of way. I now this for a fact, got in trouble once for not yielding. its the no motor factor
