  1. Pedestrian has the right of way in a crosswalk.  

    People forget that pedestrians crossing mid-block can be ticketed for "j-walking".  It's a real violation.

    Of course remember, "right of way" is a funny concept...it can be yielded, but never taken.  Other words, avoiding a collision is always your responsibility, "right of way" or not.

    Bicycles are subject to the same rules of the road as any other vehicle.
