Who has the right to be released?

One of our local District Judges' son is our district attorney, the attoreny was arrested on demestic assault and being drunk.Now these charges are "no bail",we all must see judge on arrainment following day.District Judge calls his freind another acting Judge for a favor,can you please release my son the attorney. Sure he says I like you I'll OR him at three am. Where does one judge get off asking the other Judge to release his son on these Fellony charges. h**l who do they think they are?????

Hello. I agree. I think what happens to one person should happen to another. It is not fair. I get mad with people who are higher and can get special favors as it is not fair at all. Even famous people can get away with so much more than we could ever and we all should be treated equally. Take care and let me know how that goes please. Thanks.
