Who has the right to the ancestral house among the siblings if both parents are deceased?

I am living with my parent's house who are now both dead. My brother is claiming that he has the right to get me out of the house because he already paid the lot (with title already) though he has his own house at the back of my parents house. He paid it without our consent, even my other brothers and sisters. They (my brother & his wife) sued me and my other oldest brother for UNLAWFUL DETAINER. What is the law about this kind of situation? Please advise.
