Who has the tv rights to telecast Rugby World Cup 07 for the south asia, specifically Indian sub-continent?

We know that main broadcasting rights of RWC 2007 hv been granted to different broadcasters and they in-turn hv given the rights to sub telecasters. Who has secured these rights for south asia and Indian sub continent? (Satellite or terrestrial).

If you can pick up any South Pacific tv channels then they will be showing highlights as a minimum. Thailand often shows rugby highlights on its channels so check then as well
