Who has the worst attitude-cops or security guards?

When coming in contact with either of these professions, I have noticed that they always have an a**hole mentality about them. I have never met one who didn't have an attitude or smart tone in their voices. I am an African-american female but have experienced each race so don't wanna say that it's a race issue. I would like opinions as to why this is? Are they trained to be like this? This I think is what makes them disliked sometimes.
