Your account get deactivated and your url get banned on all search engines,  because they have softwares to get it know the fraud clicks. So dont do this. $

I am currently engaged in a campaign using YahooMarketingSolutions where you bid on ppc.

I can not determine if there is click fraud, I suspect not.

I have had a marked increase in the number of hits to our website that have translated to sales.  For less than $40 per month, it has more than paid for itself.

I do use it. If their is click fraud, I do not think it would be enough to stop you from using Yahoo Search Marketing. They tend to have a higher conversion rate than the other search engines.
