  1. It's a scam.

  2. The technology is not new and nothing surprising. Water is composed of hydrogen and oxygen - why shouldn't it burn?! We get hung up because water is a liquid and can't figure it out. Our conditioning that's all. It is not a scam! There are many companies out there who do not know what they are doing and are not well prepared / educated on how to do it effectively. My #1 pick (see link below) will take you to a better outfit. Gains vary from 25% - 100% (unusual)

  3. Yes it is indeed a scam and I see the scammers have already appeared right here, answering your question.

You should know that the HHO scammers have an elaborate affiliate scheme set up to reward those who send new victims to their websites.  Check the link I've provided and you'll see how it works.

None of these people actually have one of these kits fitted to their own vehicles and their claims are simply made-up to try and convince the gullible to buy a kit, infopack or eBook -- so that a healthy commission of up to US$50 is paid.

ProjectPayDay777 is a perfect example of a shill who is trying to do just this.  He's a water4gas.com affiliate.  If you follow his link and buy the eBook that's on offer, he pockets around US$50.  He is a scammer.

The link I've provided will give you more info on the scam and some simple proof that these systems could never work.

Tell your friends and family about this fraud, far too many people are being sucked in and losing their hard-earned cash to scammers like ProjectPayDay777 and his mates.

  4. SCAM!!   SCAM!!   SCAM!!

Nothing will increase your fuel mileage more than driving like you have a brain.
