it's not minimum wage but it does depend on the size of the store and the amount of business they get. A BBW in a major mall pays more than one that doesn't get as much traffic. The minimum age to work there is 18, that way they can keep you at work for as long as they like without it being illegal. You don't have to be a girl/pretty although it would help depending on wear you want to be placed. Most of the males that work in the store work in the back.
