Comcast:
Pros: Actually talk to a person
Cons: You probably know more than that person
AT&T:
Pros: None so far
Cons:
1. Extremely difficult to talk to a person.
2. Won't talk to you unless you pay your bill. That means if you have a problem with your bill, you have to pay it before you can talk to them.
3. There are always problems with the bill
4. Most times, we don't even get the bill. We just get an overdue notice. This leads back to problem #2.
I'd like to hear which company provides worse customer service. I'm sure there are a lot of people with similar experiences.
p.s. - As of right now, I've been on hold with AT&T for over a half hour waiting to find out why our phone stopped working for no reason.
