  1. yes..and yes..whew..your deep

  2. I definitely don't like potholes. They're not good for your suspension over the long run and will mess up your alignment. I generally try to avoid them if I can.

  3. yeah....and then the construction season to fix them too....ugh. I try not to swerve too much, but then again I hate when they just bump my car so deep!

  4. get a Bose suspension system. you can drive over potholes, speed bumps, etc. without feeling a thing.

  5. they are HORRIBLE in our area---the snowplows dig up the pavement, the salt eats the asphalt and then BAM, there goes your rim!

    I try to avoid them

  6. I have a Hummer so i cant even tell when i hit them....and yes there are alot here in VA.

  7. I do and I just drive slower and avoid them as best as possible.

  8. I usually swerve to avoid them, unless there is another car in the way... then I have to take them!

  9. I love the rainy season, esp here in so cal, but I do hate potholes. I guess here in the dense cities you can't have one without the other. But i really try to avoid them because the do ruin your alignment. The times that I have driven over them I thought they didn't look too deep...then I found out why I hate them.

  10. Here in Michigan, we have potholes all year long. On many roads, you can't avoid potholes. You just have to slow down and drive over them. Unfortunatly, whether you do 70mph over them or 25mph over them, you're gonna have to replace suspension components more often.

Though, I do like winter on the side roads because the snow fills in the potholes :)
