it depends on what u consider better. New York is a fast pace, while Mexico City is more releaxed. It also depends where u live in New York.  You could have an apartment and a car in live in the worst part of New York( drugs, gangs,etc). Or you could have an apartment and a car and live in the richest part of New York. It truly depends what ur looking 4.

Sorry but i don't understand what u mean by "what is the first world?" I would have answered that.

If you have to choose one, I would say NYC. NYC is fast paced and has a high crime level but it is much worse in el DF. And driving there is horrific. Plus you get held up in cabs all the time. And the smog is the worst. I love visiting Mexico D.F. (Mexico City), I do once a year but it is in bad shape. Plus it is a third world country and things like water, gas and electricity are at a disadvantage in Mexico.

I would choose Monterey or Queretaro over NYC or El D.F. They are prettier cities with friendlier people.
