It's not all about who has the strongest military because you must realize each country has its allies that back them. Israel, England and the US are allies. It would never happen.

Georgia would be wiped off the face of the map. Given that the Russians abhor the Georgians, the Russians would support the Israelis in hopes they could regain the Georgian territory from them that was lost during the collpase of the Soviet Union.

In all types of major powers and their disagreements, the United Nations always attempts to step in to try and work out a compromise, if possible. Some don't even rely on them. But in cases like this, these nations are powerful to some extent, and it would be taken to the UN first. But you must realize that no nation with great power will fight a war single handedly. Israel is a very powerful country BACKED by the United States, and they've proven it in ther history.

Look up the 6-days war. Israel nearly demolished the arab forces in 6 days and on the 7th day, they went back home. Israel is a very strong nation.
