  2. It's not even a game.  It's just a toy instrument simulator.  You do nothing except waggle the Wiimote in rhythm.  There is no way to fail and it plays all the notes for you.  There is no purpose.  Its target audience seems to be three year olds that enjoy playing with fake, plastic instruments.

  3. We haven't seen the entire game yet, and few have actually played it. If there's a bit of finesse to working the insturments, I may give it a chance. Composing my own multi-instrument reditions of game tunes could be fun, but I'd only give it a purchase if Nintendo sells it at a discount price, and there's more to it than what we've seen.

  4. Agreed. Looks as bad as wiifit

  5. It doesn't look entertaining to me, then again it's not meant to.

This game clearly isn't meant for the "core gamer" who would rather play things like Metroid or Zelda. This is more for the people who liked things like Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Carnival Games, and things along those lines.

It's not meant to be a challenge, or even a real game. It's something that is supposed to be fun for people who haven't taken an interest in gaming previously that don't care for difficult or complex games - something the average soccer mom or grandmother can enjoy when guests are over or with their family.

  6. I totally agree with yeah. I think it's not worth my time to look at the previews on G4 tv or the internet. Why do they come out with these games any way. Waste of their time and our time to look at some thing so stupid.

  7. If this game is a hit (obviously with the huge casual audience), I will sell my Wii.

Because that will tell Nintendo once and for all, that they can put out these non-games, these crappy, horrid back-stabs to their core audience and that they don't need anyone else but their new-found casual posse.

  8. I hate to say it, but games like this made me decide to go out and buy a 360. I love my Wii, and I will still get The Conduit, and other core games for it that are exclusive to the Wii, but I just needed a system that will stand by the core gamers.

  9. You're all judging Wii Music too qickly. Don't think of it like any other game because it isn't. Wait until you have played it, because, personally, I think it looks quite fun.
