Only EU has received their invites.

It is speculated that NA will receive them sometime by August 26th as that is the (speculated) beginning of the next closed beta addition.

Basically If you aren't from Europe, no need to start worrying.

The invite was sent to Europe only, in NA we have to download the theme and now wait. Rumor is that it will be August 26th when the invites go out.
