i think Liu is the guy that had a false start and then walked off the track because he upset his achilles tendon. He was seen with ice placed on it.....to answer your question he has no chance

What a great actor, he should get an Oscar. He did not take good precautions to prevent his achilles from getting inflamed. "Ouch ouch", I bet he would be a good soccer player because he knows how to flop.
