Who here illegally downloads music?

TBH when you consider how rich most of these musicians are, I can't see that they're going to lose out on much by me downloading one of their songs.

I downloaded some classical music to use at my wedding and I "bought" it from itunes store at 78p a track because I felt it was better to do that than deprive the descendents of these great composers (people like Elgar) from the royalties of their ancestors' talent and hard work.

But as far as pop/rock musicians go - hmm, they are rich enough as it is!!!  Besides which, people have always found a way to get music for free - anyone remember taping songs from the radio when you were a kid?

I'll have to take the fifth on that one. But theoretically, if I were to illegally download music, I wouldn't think twice about it. I would theoretically be saving money. Theoretically, I wouldn't care if these musical artists are mega-rich instead of super-rich.

If I did, I wouldn't feel guilty, or bad about it. Corporate entertainment companies are out to rip everyone off they've done it for years. And they have the cheek to bleat over a little payback

its not my fault iTunes is ridiculously over priced and that albums about 5 remixes of the one track I really don't want to listen to. :)

course i dont feel bad cus people still buy tha cds e.t.c. plus i havent got money to waste so..

i also *shifty eyes* do not download films via utorrent.

Not me after I heard about that lady that got sued by some company for downloading something she wasn't supposed to. Also, my friend got fined 1k by the FBI when he was using Limewire.

Hmmm...i do&&i dont...but not gna say wheerree...

every1 does it well nearly everyone so am not gna feel guilty abt artists who sometimes cant even sing live so yeah blah blah blah haaha =]
