Who here is actually a speed cubist?

Question

Any faster people active on here?

So far, I can solve usually just under 20 seconds with several solves under 14 seconds, but that will change… My favorite activity are BLD and FMC.

No way I'll call myself a speedcuber or speed cubist as you call it!

I can only do it about 32 second, that's my best and I'm still trying to improve!

wow, you're way better at it than me. i wouldn't call myself a speed cubist, but my best time is about a minute and a half.

XP I say anyone who can solve a cube under 30 sec is a speedcuber... I avg. round 18 sec...

And I think Yahoo! Answers IS a popular place for speesolvers. Consider how many pplz answer the simple question of how to solve a Rubik's Cube. Many pplz give tutorials and claim they can solve it themselves, which means they're at least cubists.

Yes, I have averaged under 20 seconds before. Now I have switched to Waterman and average 23, but I will beat my Fridrich average with it =P. I also like the FMC, and I have only successfully done it blindfolded 3 times. For FMC my record is 23 face turns.
