Who here is an hardcore Saint louis blues fan?

I dont even know 2 of their players or more. I don't know who they pick on the draft. I didn't heard that they signed a player...

Who loves them more than anything and why? (give details after your answer)

AND I AM TALKING ABOUT THE NHL TEAM NOT THE MUSIC!

I've always followed the blues since the Brett Hull days but after the lock out I was disgusted on how the ownership (Wal-Marty's born with Silver Spoon) blew up the team and got nothing back. Pronger for Brewer up there with the Joe Thornton trade.

Then came the new ownership and they got some old "names" and had a pseudo youth movement with no results for the last 2 seasons.

The real problem was in the early 2000's Western Conference race of arms the Blues traded too many prospects for rent-a-players and only saw one Conference finals appearance.

The Blues days might be starting to get numbered in St. Louis, with Budweiser selling out to a European conglomerate it will be only a matter of years before they move the corporate headquarters to New York City and there might not be enough money for the Blues with the Cardinals being a baseball institution and the Rams (NFL = King).

So enjoy the Blues while you can, hopefully they go all out the next few years  and become a force and in the end they could possibly be a team the NHL folds in order to get back to a lean 24 or 26 team league.
