I am homeschooled and it is alsome but it is still hard

I was from 1st grade to 8th grade and now I'm in a private high school....I enjoyed the freedom of homeschooling

im not. i think going to school is easier to make friends than to be home schooled.... i had a friend once that was home schooled n he never made friends that easy.it was pretty sad

I have been homeschooled though at that time i was in 3rd grade and noone was helping me.

my mom had to work and my other sisters didn't want to help.

therefore when i did go into public school i got heldback i couldn't even read the word it

I had my mom write for me and read what    my friends sent in the mail.

IN THIRD GRADE!!

But now that im older and much more responsible im thinking of going back into homeschooling!

I am. I love it, but yes, it is still hard. I know some kids who go into it thinking it's going to be easier than public school, and some aspects of it are...no long bus rides, no busy work (the assignments that have no real purpose other than to fill up time and a blank spot in a grade book), no getting up way before the crack of dawn (unless you want to), and more time to persue personal goals and interests, but sometimes people (teenagers) who are new to homeschooling forget that in order to get the most out of it, to really get an incredible school experience (including the social side of things), they need to put forth effort and MAKE it happen

I AM! and i love it! some people think that public school is better because you have friends.. DUMB!  For all the people reading this comment, there are clubs like YMCA or libraries, and neighbors.

Being home schooled is really good. I 'm not in a site like K12, i have my own tutor in Florida and we are in communication through Messenger or Skype.  And she has more students. I have 7 classmates and my brother.  I know is very little but I'm not alone. And everyone is great! Actually most of them are now home schooled because being in public schools got them in trouble hehe.

I am, and it is so cool... Not homeschooling like tutorial in your house...Homeschooling Online. Because I'm a filipino from Philippines and im at China..I dont know any chinese words and when i go to school here at China,im going back grade 1 and when im gonna go to school at an international school, Its expensive...So i can chat with my teachers online at Yahoo & Skype.. I totally love my school.

I was, but then I graduated and had to go to school to get a degree.  What a waste of time and money!  I wish I could homeschool for college but, sadly, for my degree it can't be done.  

It is hard, but so worth it!  I appreciate what my parents did for me more and more the older I get.  My kids will definitely be homeschooled.
