ma dads on 5'8" and my mum is 5'5", but most people are taller than their parentz, and in most cases grandparentz, like me im 2 inches taller than ma grandad now

Both of oldest sons are taller than me.  They are both 5'11", and they are 15 and 13.  I am taller than my mom,too.  She is 5'4" and I am 5'6".  It seems to me each generation gets taller than the one before.

I'm taller than my mother was, she was 4 ft 10 inches. I'm shorter than my beloved Dad was as he was 6ft 5 inches! I'm 5 ft 4 inches and i'm happy with that. I wouldn't want to be 4ft 10 inches as that's short for a woman really, and equally i wouldn't want to be 6ft 5 inches either as i'd be an incredibly tall woman. Mind you i have to say that when my Dad rode me up on his shoulders when i was a little girl i truly believed i could see to the end of the world! :-)
