Well if you click on 'UK and Ireland' you get people from Blighty (like me) BUT if you click on 'English' you get everyone who speaks English too! I think lots of people are very confused about this!

I feel that its something to be very proud of because English is the second most spoken language in the world.

Chinese (mandarin) is obviously the first most spoken language in the world because they out number everyone followed by English! Not bad for a country the size of Pennsylvania.
