Who here prays daily?

Why or why not.....does it help?

Yes it always helps.  Mostly in the morning I ask Jesus to give me the energy to get through the day (I'm older, sort of tired, and work in a law firm for five lawyers, *lol*!), and to be the kind of person He would have me be.

I also pray throughout the day, you know, as things come up or I overhear a need, etc.

Praying can be as simple as saying positive statements to oneself.  Everyone should pray to benefit their own physical and mental health, if for no other reason.

I meditate and make offerings daily.

It works in that it helps me be in harmony with Nature and the Universe.

i pretty much do unless I'm so sick that i sleep long or other similar circumstances

i do it because we as Christians should

i pray for help and strength when i need it i pray for others when they need it i pray to God just to say hello because He said come remind me of my promises He didn't say this because He forgot them He is saying i love to hear from u lets talk about whatever and if u haven't anything to ask for or u have already thanked Me for your blessings then remind me of my promises so we have something to talk about

and yes it does help i have been married 24 yrs i have 3 kids my wife and i are still in love and our life together is happy overall i don't attribute these things to money or such i attribute them to God He sees to it that i, one of His children< has happiness the way He promised i would

As a Muslim, it is obliged to pray 5 times daily,at dawn, at noon, at afternoon, at sunset and the night prayer

It help us handling with  what ever we are facing during the day, if we sinned in between any  two  prayers, we ask for forgiveness, we take our minds and hearts high up away from the earthly experience

Each prayer takes about 5 minute
