I respect your idea, but just don't think it would work.

They would have to release state by state versions of the game...too much cost to do this.

Although, I bet if they designed the games for Texas and California only, it would be a profitable venture...maybe.

When playing video games, the player wants to be the best there is...that is part of the fantasy.  Being the best high school player is a lot of kids fantasy, but their ultimate fantasy is to be the best NFL or at least college player.

High School football is huge in Texas and California and I think there might be a market for a high school EA game there...but not sure EA would risk the investment, just to please kids in those two states.

But keep thinking....your idea is not ridiculous or g*y...just probably not feasible.

Why does EA need to do that? Your local high school already has done this. Put down your game controller and go play for real.

well they could just use the top high schools, but they could be sued for using real names, so they would name them QB #7 and stuff like that like in the NCAA Series, and they would have to neogotiate with a lot of High School Football Leugues, and pay royaltites to most of them, so i guess they could do something like where you select your state and select a county, and each one would have some high school football leugues in it, you could create a league with your own teams if your high school was not featured. or they could just make teams based on the real teams i guess. its a good concept, but it would take some work, and if it goes into high demand, it could happen.

that sounds g*y, there is omly about a million high schools which makes like 100 million players, not to mention who knows there names and stats, no offense but stupid idea

yh they should but not real life players cuz that take forever to make make fake players but the hype of high school football that be sweet

No that is not a very good idea, way to many teams and way to many players and if you leave teams out that isn't right. So lets just stick with NCAA and Madden.
