Who holds Fastest Knockout?

Who holds the fastest knockout for UFC and who holds it for boxing? Thanx..

I remember Jimmy Thunder vs. Crawford Grimsley  was pretty quick. They went to the middle of the ring, Grimsley threw a jab and Thunder countered with a straight right. BOOM fight over.

Thunder and Grimsley, 12 seconds including the 10 count. I believe there is a faster one on record but only because the ref stopped the fight when the guy went down.

But other then that, James Thunder vs Crawford Grimsley was the fastest knockout I have seen. Thunder ran across the ring and threw hook that knocked Grimsley out cold. If they ref had of stopped it immediately the fight would have been 2 seconds.

Its hard to be any faster then that.

I know that in an amateur bout, Tyson knocked someone out in about 6 seconds.

i think duane ludwig holds it for the UFC

on 24th of Spetember 1946 a welterweight boxer by the name of Aurele " Al " couture knocked out Ralph Walton in 10.5 seconds. I think there was alson a K1 fight more recently which lasted about 1 second when the guy went down with a knee to the head.

Fastest for UFC was when that guy charged the other guy and knee'd him in the head. I don't know the names because Dana White shifts fighters in and out like dry cleaning.
