It was said on channel seven last year that Nathan Buckley had the record with 52, but according to http://stats.rleague.com/afl/stats/players/N/Nathan_Buckley.html his record is 46.

So what's the real record? Thanks.

  1. yeah buckleys PB is 46 (im an avid collingwood supporter)

there are a few rumors that blokes like skilton used to accumalate 50 on the odd occasion but that was before official stat keeping. its really a meaningless record now because someone should be able to get 50 with the handball/short kick game that most teams haev adopted now.

i played in a EFFC colts game in 2006 with jmac (on eagles list atm) and he was going head to head with leroy jetta (at essendon) jetta accumalate 36 and jmac got 52

thats the highest i know of but i have read before players have got 60 in a non afl game

  2. Since 1988, when they kept record the highest is 53 by Greg Williams playing for Sydney against St. Kilda.

Scroll about half way down on that page

  3. 54 to williams for sydney

50 to tony shaw, bit of a surprise, that one.

    smash got it first though.
