Who/how can/to immagine/create another color except the ones we know?

you cannot invent new colours without somehow engineering our eyes and brains to detect wavelengths of light shorter than the most violet colour that we can see, and longer than the most red colour we can see.

you cannot even imagine what a colour like this would look like, probably in the same way a person blind from birth cannot imagine any colour at all. (i am making assumptions here).

How do we perceive color? Light at certain wavelengths, right?

So create a light source that can sweep the spectrum in an ascending wavelength value (does that make sense?). Pick the one you like.

That's how we agree that "red" is "red"... we pick a wavelength (this many cm or mm or nm or whatever) and that is red.

get like a crayon or colored pencil box and mix together colors that you think would look pretty you wont create a color that has never existed before, but you can be the one to introduce it to the world as a recognizable color. once a year crayola has a contest to see which new color to add to its vast collection and if you enter your new color... who knows?
