I bought pair of ice hockey boots from a online shop called "hockeyoffice.com".I ordered the pair i liked and they came today.But they are the wrong size.I ordered UK10.5 but the one I recieved are UK10.5EE.EE is the widht of your foot and EE is Xlarge.That wasn't shown onthere web site.Now they said to me that there is no choise and the size is only EE.I have to pay to send the boots back to them and they will refund the poste bill if they decite I have not order the wrong size.I can not believe that can you.How that can be my fault I only ordered what my size is and that what was available on there web site.I allready paid a lot a money for the boots and will be expensive to pay the poste bill as well.What should I do.Thank you.

I don't think there is anything you can do. If the width fitting isn't shown on their website then they will probably refund the postage.

The other thing you could do is send them back marked 'Postage will be paid by addressee' In which case the post office will send them back and they will have to pay postage when they receive them. The problem with this is if they refuse to pay it then the boots will come back to you and you will have to pay that postage and then pay again to send them back.

You could try phoning or emailing them and saying that what they have sent is not what you ordered. Their terms and conditions say that if they send the wrong item they will pay the postage!

This is the bad thing that seller and buyer don't expect to happen,it will caused loss for both sides.but sometime it still happen.So here suggest pls talk more details and ask more details about the goods that you want before decide to buy and to be a smart buyer.

For after that happen,pls try to ask them exchange the right thing you want,if that don't have the righ size you have,you can ask to exchange to other merchandise with same value?Of course they should pay the poste bill for the resend package.If the website don't do the right,pls feel free to post your comments just like here to let other knows what they did.
